Your average Pokémon stuff.

So, since I'm new here, might aswell just say "Hi" to everybody, and ask, what you like about Pokémon.

I mean, you can also talk about other stuff, I don't mind, just don't expect me to give out full content knowledge if it's stuff I have no idea what it's about. Lol.

Welcome.

I haven't played Pokémon (did you copy-paste the accent on that? or do you have a keyboard which does it o.O) in a number of years. As far as the games go, I actually preferred the dungeon crawler "mystery dungeon" type ones, than the actual mainstream games (which tended to get a bit repetitive lol).

The ranger games also put an interesting original twist on the franchise. The mainline games were also interesting to play, although the spin-offs were better imo. The anime is a bit... chaotic lol, like the plot isn't that coherent, but it's a nice thing to burn time with.
And, I have a keyboard that does it for me. Well... "Technically". I am using a German one, and since Windows be Windows and doesn't like having two language packs in one language, I had to get modding-happy with an Arduino.

I think the site broke for a second. Lol.

Yes, it appears there was a bug (in the live topic list thingy), but I pushed an update which should fix it.

You use an Arduino as your computer?
Baaasically, y'know. I overdid it because, why not, modded a keyboard, to be able to switch through languages on the fly, so I can add say, an coma on a letter, without having to switch from English to Spanish, or, German to Spanish, as Spanish Comas on letters are different to German and English.
Whenever you wanna switch a language on your PC to use a different keyboard layout, by using Windows' language pack, you have to go to the bottom area of your taskbar, (If you're using Windows that is. Not sure about the other OS's), and doing that really quickly can become bothersome. More so that some languages don't use the same "QWERTY". Some use AZERTY, and some are QWERTZ. So to avoid constant headaches, I just added an Arduino on my Keyboard, with custom code, to change that specific language without having to use my mouse to do it.

On Windows 10, Win Key + Space can scroll through language packs IIRC. But, it's interesting you could rig the Arduino to do that, sounds like a fun little project.
I mean, it still requires you to spam the spacebar if you have multiple languages and it only goes one way down. Or hold space bar to go fully down. The Arduino I have you can just select whatever language you want through a small lever connected to the arduino.

I dunno, it just sounds faster, and it was fun yeah. Even though making it word can be a hassle. But hey, we still have Covid Lockdown over here soooo. Might aswell use my free time to make stuff. Lol

Fair enough. Ugh, those lockdowns and restrictions are a nightmare.

Huh. It posted it twice. Odd.

Huh, I see it once.
Huh, I see it once.

Yeah, I deleted one of them, but you can see it on Discord, that it posted it twice. (At gosora-forum)

Has that happened any other time, or just the one time?
Just this time. (I mean, as I said, I'm new. Lol.) The servers did crash once though before I posted, and after refreshing and posting it, it posted twice, so probably it was just that.

Oh, was that before I pushed the patch? Makes sense.
